We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any third parties.
2. Delivery policy (excluding subscriptions)
Flowers ordered on our website, without specific delivery date instructions, will usually be delivered within 24 hours (excluding postal orders). At weekends and busy periods this may sometimes be a little longer. Where a set time has been specified, we are unable to offer guarantee but will try our best to accommodate your request. If we cannot deliver on the date you requested you will be contacted and offered an alternative or refund.
3. Refund/cancellation policy
Due to the nature of our product, refunds/cancellation are not available as standard but at our discretion. We will always try to accommodate any reasonable requests to change or cancel your order.
4. Monthly Subscriptions
Customers may cancel or pause their subscription at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel subscriptions when necessary and without notice. Monthly orders will be dispatched and delivered on a day of our choosing. If specific delivery dates are required this can be arranged for an additional charge. Weekly customers will have the opportunity to choose their delivery day at no extra charges.
